Welcome to our PitchBae, our pitch-generation platform. By using our website, services, and products (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before using our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services.

2. User-Generated Content

Our Services allow you to submit text, images, and other content (“User-Generated Content” or “UGC”). You retain ownership of your UGC, but by submitting it, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and process the content for the purpose of providing the Services.

We are not responsible or liable for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of UGC submitted by users. You agree not to upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing material.

3. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in abusive, harmful, or unlawful behavior while using our Services.

Such suspensions are final, and no refunds or reimbursements will be provided for any remaining subscription time or unused credits.

4. Payments & Refunds

All purchases, including subscriptions and credits, are final and non-refundable. By making a payment, you agree that you are not entitled to any refund or compensation, even if your account is suspended under Section 3.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Services.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
